For extracting Coconut Oil, dried Coconut is crushed at low temperature to retain the natural properties, antioxidants and essential oils without adding any chemicals or heat.

Dry coconut oil is also known as copra oil. It is extracted from copra, which is the dried, white flesh of the coconut. The coconuts are dried in the sun to remove the water and turn the coconuts dry. The copra is then scraped out of the husk and dried further on racks.
Dry coconut oil is used to make refined coconut oil, cold pressed coconut oil, and most raw coconut oils. Refined coconut oil has no coconut flavor or aroma. It is produced from dried copra, not fresh coconuts, and the oil typically undergoes various levels of processing, including being deodorized and bleached.
Dried coconut is a great ingredient to many dishes due to its useful properties and high nutritional content. It contains about twice the amount of protein and fat contained in fresh, raw coconut.
