Avalakki, Bengal gram, urud dal, mustard, fenugreek, Black pepper,
Red chilli, tamarind, turmeric powder, jaggery, dry coconut, natural salt,
white sesame, cumin, curry leaves, asafoetida & ground nuts
Cooking Directions;
Take 1 cup (200g) of Grameena Ruchi (GMR) gojjavalakki instant mix
and add 1/2cup (100ml) of warm water.
Keep aside for 10 minutes.
Then Mix it well & serve

BROWN TOP MILLETS
Millets can be used to prepare a variety of Indian dishes like Khichadi, Pulav, Upma etc. Brown top millet is a rare millet and highly nutritious. Wash the millet thoroughly a few times and leave to soak in water for 4-8 hours. Further they could be sprouted or used directly to make Idli / Dosa Batter. The pre-soaked / sprouted millet can be dried and then milled to make flour. This millet flour can be added to regular atta to make Chapatis, Puris, Breads and Cookies.

BARNYARD MILLETS RICE

To cook barnyard millet, you can:- Wash the millet twice.
- Heat 3 cups of water for 1 cup of millet.
- When the water starts to boil, add the millet.
- Mix well and add a teaspoon of oil.
- Cover and cook until all the water is absorbed. This should take around 10-13 minutes.
