Puliyogare mix powder is used to make Puliyogare, a popular South Indian rice dish. Puliyogare is also known as Tamarind Rice. It’s a tangy, spicy, sweet, and crunchy dish that pairs well with happala (papad), chutney, curds, and chips.
Ingredients :
Tamarind, Natural salt, Peanuts, Coriander,
Jaggery, dry coconut, Red chilli, Curry leaves,
Turmeric powder, Mustard, fenugreek seeds,
cumin & sesame
Cooking Directions:
Heat 4tbsp of edible vegetable oil in a vessel.
Add 4 tbsp of Grameena Ruchi (GMR) Puliogare
powder & Stir for 2-3 mins on low flame.
Add 3 cups of cooked rice & mix well & Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve with chutney or Grameena Ruchi papad.
